Your responsibilities:

• Managing the team of Accounts Payable professionals
• Motivation of a team, ensuring high efficiency
• Promoting culture of continuous drive to improve internal processes and procedures
• Ensuring accurate, timely and high-quality service including KPI management
• Ensuring expenses are accurately recorded and paid timely
• Ensuring any reconciling items are addressed timely
• Ensuring monthly close deadlines are met
• Reporting of results to Manager
• Creating reports, providing support to the team, handling more complex cases
• Building good and open atmosphere in the team, sharing knowledge and experience between team members

Our requirements:

• Several years of relevant professional experience in accountancy (SSC/BPO experience would be an asset)
• Fluent written and oral communication in German and English
• Background in Finance & Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
• Excellent understanding of processes in AP and proven ability to constantly improve these processes
• First experience in people management would be an asset
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Ability to build good relationships with different stakeholders
• Communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
