Responsibilities:

• supporting on-line and retail customers (by e-mail and phone)
• providing information about products of one of the most recognizable Swiss fashion brands
• solving order and return issues for on-line and retail stores
• collaborating with a friendly multilingual 10-people team​

Our requirements:

• excellent use of German (at least C1 level)​, knowledge of French will be a strong plus
• communicative level of English will be an asset
• having previous experience in customer support would be an additional plus 🙂
• good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
• learning quickly and adapting to changeable environment​
