HR Specialist / Senior HR Specialist

We will count on you in:

  • Ongoing operational support to company employees (sales, administration, marketing, production and logistics)
  • End-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
  • Support in organization of trainings in departments
  • Participation in the organization of HR projects such as Talent Succession Review, Employee Engagement Survey, Competency Review and many others
  • Inputting employee data into SAP SuccessFactors HR system and ensuring its regular updating
  • Cooperating with an external payroll company, including support in preparing payroll and HR budgets
  • Preparing presentations and reports for projects carried out in the HR department
  • Support the department in the management and administration of benefits
  • Preparation of employee documents such as contracts, certificates, research referrals, etc.
  • Creating organizational culture based on Franke values

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work in a friendly atmosphere with colleagues from the HR department
  • Learn new practical HR skills
  • Use in practice the knowledge of the Labour Law
  • Test new ways of attracting candidates
  • Manage your own tasks and organize your work independently

You’re the perfect match, if:

  • Youhave min. 2-3 years of experience in HR (preferably experience in SSC)
  • Your strengths are open-mindedness, employee-oriented, and patience 😉
  • You are motivated by the opportunity to solve interesting issues in your daily work
  • Your communication style is precise and concise
  • You’re familiar with recruiting and different search methods
  • You speak English at a level that allows you to communicate freely (min. B2)
  • You’re familiar with labor law or you know where to look for support 😉
  • You’re fluent in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • You like to be up-to-date with new trends in recruitment, EB
  • You are open to acquiring new knowledge and you can find yourself in a very dynamic environment
