Your Main Responsibilities:
📞 Initial applicant screening via phone.
📊 Maintain and manage our candidate database.
🖥️ Prepare and post job ads online.
📅 Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars for interviewers and candidates.
📂 Support our recruiting team with clerical duties.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Proficiency in English and German ( C1, speaking and writing).
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with any recruitment system is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving ability and stress tolerance.
