For our branch in Poland, Warsaw, we are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department as Recruiting Coordinator to play a vital role in coordinating the global recruiting process across our international business and corporate units and to provide a great candidate experience.

What you will do:

  • support the international recruitment process through job posting, interview scheduling, conducting pre-screening calls, organizing online assessments and pre-screening candidate CVs
  • manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other internal stakeholders, including HR specialists all over the world
  • take part in onboarding of new joiners, offer trainings around recruiting excellence

What you bring:

  • HR knowledge from studies or internships
  • very good communication skills both verbal and in writing
  • pro-activeness, problem-solving attitude and readiness to try out new solutions
  • self-organizational, time management skills as well as ability to learn fast; team work orientation and eagerness to support others in their work
  • fluent in English, French would be an advantage
