We are looking for a bright, dedicated team player to join our HR department as Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a vital role in identifying and recruiting the best talents for specific open positions across business and corporate units and on various levels.

You will be providing hands-on Recruiting and Sourcing services to help drive our growth strategy to the next level. The role will be based out of our Warsaw office and you will also be working closely with our internal and external partners.

For this position we offer a fixed term contract.

What you will do:

  • act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process end to end
  • steer the sourcing strategy to identify and hire the right candidates
  • confident in proactively approaching prospect candidates
  • manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers and other HR specialists
  • contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or Employer Branding projects/events

What you bring:

  • ideally 1-2 years of in-house recruiting experience in Poland
  • good understanding of sourcing methodologies
  • excellent communication skills with knowledge of how to attract and engage candidates, especially passive
  • multitasking and well-organized way of working as well as ability to quickly prioritize and handle multiple assignments
  • fluency in English, German or Spanish is an advantage
