 Your Mission: 

 As a Senior Consultant, you will be working with Salesforce and related cloud technologies, designing and implementing the key technical components of the Salesforce solution. You will share implementation best practices and partner with the Technical Architect to conduct design/code reviews during major project milestones.

 Qualifications/Experience level (minimum)

  • Salesforce Core (Sales and/or Service Cloud) minimum of 5 projects completed 
  • Salesforce Certifications:
    • Administrator
    • Sales or Service Cloud Consultant
    • App Builder
  • Hands-on experience in 
    • configuration of Salesforce systems,
    • defining user stories with end-clients,
    • leading workshops and trainings 
  • Hands-on deployments of configuration between sandboxes and to the production environment using various tools (or to Pre-Prod if an end-client deploys on his own to the production)
  • Experience:
    • with deployment tools (Change Sets, SalesforceDX, workbook, Copado),
    • in data migration and with data migration tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard),
    • in solution testing
  • Understanding of roles of different organization teams in different industries
  • Knowledge of process automation tools:
    • Flow Builder
    • Process Builder
    • Workflow Rules
    • Approvals
  • Languages
    • English – fluent C1
    • German and/or French – nice to have B2-C1

 Nice to have experience and qualifications: 

  • Experience in 
    • defining a sales process/path
    • creating products and price books
    • configuration of omnichannel (email-to-case, web-to-case, chat)
    • case assignment rules
    • CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) / softphone integration with SF
  • Field Service Management 
    • configuration of field service process (e.g. work orders management, dispatching/dispatcher console)
    • managing service resources and service appointments; preventive maintenance, inventory management, and related objects
    • Entitlement Management

 ​Job Responsibilities: 

  • Involved in developing business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing and deployment
  • Design and develop custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, VisualForce, application integration and data migration
  • Design and implement business technology solutions focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com
  • Works directly with clients to lead projects, facilitates business process analysis sessions, develops and delivers key components of technology solution
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice through though-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets and participation and ownership of other operational areas (recruiting, onboarding, training, enablement, etc.)
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to other team members
