Family Foundation: The Secret to Multi-Generational Success – Lessons from Western Europe

Is the Polish family foundation a modern and effective succession tool that can secure wealth for generations? Or is it a legal construct fraught with risks, requiring a well-thought-out strategy? How can family members’ roles in a business be best defined to prevent conflicts and ensure continued growth? What solutions have been implemented in other countries, and which of them could be applied in Poland?

During this event, we will try to answer these and other questions, comparing the Polish approach with international perspectives. In particular, we will examine solutions used in the UK and Liechtenstein—countries with long-standing experience in family wealth management and succession planning. Both offer advanced legal frameworks that have helped entrepreneurial families protect and grow their wealth while ensuring its transfer across generations. While the panel discussion will compare international solutions with Polish experiences, highlighting strengths, challenges, and potential applications.

Join us for this event—an excellent opportunity to gain insights, exchange experiences, and establish valuable connections.
