How to join?

Membership in the Chamber

If you are interested in joining the Chamber  please complete the application form and take part in an introductory meeting. During a short meeting – either online or in the office – you have the opportunity to tell us about your business and your expectations regarding Chamber membership and to identify potential fields of cooperation.

On the basis of the data provided in the application form, we will formally verify your company and then issue you with a debit note for the year.

Membership fees 2024

The amount of membership fees depends on the number of persons employed in the company.

up to 5 persons – PLN 1,400
6-20 persons – PLN 2,900
21-99 persons – PLN 4,400
100-499 persons – PLN 7,300
over 500 persons – PLN 12,100

* Members admitted during the financial year pay a reduced fee of one quarter for each quarter that has passed before the date of their accession.

* According to Resolution No. 4 of the General Meeting of the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce of 21 June 2022, the amount of membership fees will be indexed annually by the “average annual index of prices of goods and total consumer services” published by the Central Statistical Office in the year for which the fee is due. The level of indexation may not exceed 10%.

We would like to kindly inform you that according to the announcement of the Central Statistical Office (CSO) of 15 January 2024, the average annual inflation in 2023 was 11.4 %. Consequently, the membership fees for 2024 have been increased by 10 %.
