  1. The Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce with its seat in 02-653 Warsaw at Al. Niepodległości 18 is the Administrator of your personal data („Administrator”).

  3. Your personal data is processed for the purposes of: – taking up on your demand acts leading to the performance of the contract of participation in the conference/event (Art. 6 sec.1 i. b GDPR); – fulfilling the obligations that stem from the provisions of law (Art. 6 s. 1 i. c GDPR).
  4. Entities delivering and maintaining the IT structure, contractors providing services on commission of the Administrator and other entities connected in terms of organization related to the Administrator may be recipients of your personal data.
  5. Your personal data will be processed for a year starting from the moment when the event ends or during the period of time stipulated in the general provisions of law.
  6. You have the right to demand to access your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit its processing, to transfer it as well as the right to object.
  7. You have the right to file a complaint to a supervisory body that is competent for protection of personal data.

Privacy rules concerning Google Analytics

Further, our website employs Google Analytics; a service used to analyse statistics of websites, offered by Google Inc. („Google”). Transfer of personal data to third parties

The data registered within the access to the Internet offer of the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce is transferred to the third parties only if such an act is bound by the provisions of law or court decisions or, in the case of hacker attacks on the Internet infrastructure of the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, when such data is essential for prosecution of the offenders. We do not transfer your data to third parties for other commercial or non-commercial purposes.
