On-line workshop with BALAJCZA – „Extended DISC – How to Recognize and Understand Your Own and Others’ Behavioral Styles?”

Tuesday, 15 July 2025

11 am-12 pm

People differ in how they communicate, make decisions, and solve problems. The Extended DISC model is an international diagnostic tool that helps identify these differences and teaches us how to effectively collaborate with individuals who have diverse behavioral styles.

Thanks to this tool, you’ll gain support in building stronger relationships and improving communication, discover your strengths and talents, and acquire practical knowledge to help you achieve better results with less effort and more efficiency.

During the session, you’ll learn how to identify dominant DISC styles, understand their impact on interpersonal relationships, and explore tools that can help you build effective collaboration — even in multicultural teams.

Ready to explore the DISC styles and discover how to collaborate more effectively with others?

During the session, you will learn:

  • What are the four main behavioral styles in the Extended DISC model and how to recognize them?
  • How to identify your own and others’ DISC style?
  • How behavioral style affects communication and interpersonal relationships?
  • What challenges and benefits come from working with “opposite” DISC styles?
  • How style differences are perceived in the context of other cultures and communication norms?
  • How to adapt your communication style to work effectively with people from different backgrounds and cultures?
  • What strategies and tools to implement to build truly inclusive and productive collaboration?

The session will be led by:
