We already have the results of the survey on pay rises in the Chamber’s member companies in 2026. Companies were divided into three groups as in the previous edition: commercial; manufacturing/operations; and SSC/IT/R&D. This allowed for a more detailed analysis of the data.
The average planned pay rise is 4.5%. However, the most interesting findings emerged from a comparison of individual sectors, where clear discrepancies were evident.
