We invite you to join us for the Conference for HR Leaders organised by BIGRAM, a Polish personnel consulting company, and DENTONS, a global law firm. The guiding theme of the Conference is ‘Outplacement and Coaching as a Response to Organisational Change’. We will discuss the positioning of Outplacement in selected European countries and present the experiences of our partners from the Career Star Group network (BIGRAM is one of the partner organisations). We will also talk about legal aspects. In addition to Polish speakers, there will be guest speakers from France and Germany.

• How to position outplacement in times of the fight for talents (Germany)
• Can the French model of outplacement inspire? (France)
• Outplacement past, present and future in Poland and other European markets.
• Career coaching – an additional signpost in outplacement.
• Outplacement in key European countries. Employer’s duty vs. employee’s duty. Legal issues.
• Prospects for macroeconomic growth, including the job market in Poland, until 2020.
The Conference will take place on Wednesday 20 January 2016, hours: 09:00 – 16:00, in the AIRPORT HOTEL OKĘCIE, ul. 17 stycznia 24, Warsaw.
Register on or before 15 December 2015 to you pay an early registration fee of PLN 275 + 23% VAT.
Regular fee: PLN 450 + 23% VAT. Remember, there are a limited number of places.
The conference will be in Polish. The guest speakers’ presentations will be translated.
