The Polish-Swiss Chamber regularly presents data on planned salary increases in Swiss and Polish member companies. We collect the data in the form of a short ‘spot poll’ survey developed in cooperation with Boyden. At the end of September, we completed our latest survey, in which we asked companies about the hybrid working model for the first time.
Fifty-three companies took part in the survey, 74% of which with Swiss capital. Depending on their activities, they were divided into three categories: commercial, manufacturing/operations and IT/SSC/R&D.
This year, the average salary increase among the surveyed companies is higher than forecast for next year. The differences in values between the individual categories of companies are particularly interesting.
When it comes to remote working, the vast majority of companies responded that they use a hybrid working model, but as the detailed survey results show, the amount of office work varies greatly.
