On May 15, 2025, the Chamber organized the Swiss Lunch as a side event to the extensive activities around the Swiss House pavilion organized by the Embassy of Switzerland.
Switzerland was a partner country of Impact’25, the first in the history of ImpactCEE.
Lunch partners were Nestlé, Novartis, Roche, Sandoz and Stadler. Guests were welcomed by Michal Stępień, President of the Chamber, and H.E. Fabrice Filliez, the Ambassador of Switzerland to Poland. Then a speech on Swiss innovation and economic relations between Poland and Switzerland was given by special guest Guy Parmelin, Vice President of Switzerland, and representatives of partner companies, Aleksander Wasilewski (Nestlé), Iwona Pajak (Novartis), Irma Veberič (Roche), Karolina Demus (Sandoz) and Philipp Brunner (Stadler) were invited to the stage.
After the official part, guests could taste Swiss raclette cheese, as well as Swiss wine during networking. We would like to thank the partners for their cooperation in organizing the Swiss Lunch, and the guests for coming high attendance and for the pleasant atmosphere!
The program of events at #SwissHouse included panel discussions and presentations with experts from Switzerland and Poland, centered around the topics of innovation, scientific cooperation, finance, startups and technology.
The topic of the Swiss Business panel was bilateral Swiss-Polish economic relations. The panelists exchanged experiences, opportunities and challenges of their companies operating in Poland, as well as… their dreams of what Poland will look like in 5 years. For the inspiring conversation, we thank panelists: Simone Wyss Fedele (Switzerland Global Enterprise), Irma Veberič (Roche), Karolina Demus (Sandoz), Karolis Bacevičius (Geberit) and Arkadiusz Swierkot (Stadler), and moderator Mikołaj Kunica (Business Insider).
