The penal provisions of the Acts and the Penal Code itself penalize various types of actions and omissions that may result in criminal
and penal fiscal liability for the function performed in a business entity.
That is why the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce together with Sadkowski i Wspólnicy Law Firm is organizing a free webinar
on this subject on February 7: “Identification and minimization of criminal law risks of the board and management”.
