16:15 – 17:30 – Discussion Panel (run in English): place and role of women in Business – are there any key differences between other European countries and Poland? Are there any particular features that determine a woman’s career success in international corporate structures? Proven models and solutions for women working in corporations in different countries including Poland, a chance to discuss the factors that determine the chances of a woman reaching a high management position in a given country.
