8 am-9 am
On 27 May, the nationwide Michelin Guide gala took place in Kraków. It was a historic event, as for the first time the Michelin selection covered the entire country, rather than only selected cities and regions. This is an excellent opportunity to talk about the history of this remarkable guide and about French dishes known all over the world.
On Thursday, 18 June at 8:00 a.m., we invite you to join our online breakfast meeting entitled “Coq au Vin, Bouillabaisse and Michelin – France on a Plate.”
Among many fascinating facts, you will learn:
- which 5 criteria determine the awarding of a Michelin star
- whether the croissant originated in Vienna
- what role red wine plays in Coq au Vin
- at the court of which Polish king Madeleines were invented
- which Polish restaurants were recognized in the Michelin Guide 2026
The meeting will be held by Kamila Radzyńska – business coach, specialised in intercultural communication, member of SIETAR Polska, R&D Manager experienced in foreign trade, romanist, passionate about the Far East, and winner of the Knowledge about France Competition organised by PR III radio and France Inter.
The meeting will be held in Polish.
