Michał Mężykowski has joined the Salans partnership. He specialises in banking law, investment finance and debt restructuring. His key experience includes project finance transactions, in which he has acted for both banks and borrowers. He also represents banks in litigation related to the restructuring and bankruptcy of borrowers.
Michał is an attorney-at-law and member of the Salans Banking and Finance Practice Team (based in Warsaw). He joined Salans in 2001, a year before graduating from Warsaw University (Master of Law). He has risen steadily through the ranks gaining vast professional experience in multi-million transactions, notably in property finance, debt restructurings and bankruptcy. He was admitted as an attorney-at-law in Poland in 2008.
