The Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce is pleased to invite you to the Chambers Online Networking meeting, which will be held on May 25 from 1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to create favorable conditions for establishing effective business contacts among the member companies of the Chambers organizing the event.
It will be a meeting in a new formula, organized jointly by 7 Chambers of Commerce.
What's new in this meeting?
The day before the meeting, you will receive a list of companies that have registered for the event along with the platform's user manual and a list of available networking tools. On this basis, in the second part of the meeting, you will be able to shape the course of networking activities at your own discretion and establish contact with companies of your choice.
AGENDA OF THE MEETING:
12:30 - 13:00 - Registration, becomming familiar with the platform
13:00 - 13:10 - Welcome. Explaining the rules of the event
13:10 - 13:30 - 1st round by the tables (each company has 2 minutes to present themselves, 10 people at one table)
13:31 - 13:50 - 2nd round by the tables (each company has 2 minutes to introduce themselves, 10 people by the table)
13:50 - 14:05 - Random networking 1: 1 (3 matches of 3 minutes each) - the system will contect you with randomly selected people present at the event.
14:05 - 15:00 - Free use of networking options, including: 1: 1 networking, group meetings in rooms, meetings with selected representatives of companies.
If you are interested in participating, please contact: mb@swisschamber.pl until May 20, 2021. After this date the registration will be still possible, but you company may not appear on the list sent to other participants.
From each member company one person can take part in the event.
Apart from the Swiss Chamber, the organizers of the event are: the Belgian Business Chamber, Netherlands - Polish Chamber of Commerce, Polish - Spanish Chamber of Commerce, Polish - Scandinavian Chamber of Commerce, Polish - Canadian Chamber of Commerce and French - Polish Chamber of Commerce.
