We are pleased to invite businesswomen from member companies of the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce to a workshop on 'Developing new skills - conflict management'.

Conflicts are inevitable. But it turns out that we can learn how to use them in a positive way and become stronger as a result. We believe that skillful conflict management, especially among women, facilitates being an effective leader. It also increases happiness at work and that's why it has become one of the most highly desirable skills we can possess. With this in mind, we invite you to take part in a practical, inspiring and empowering workshop that will take a closer look at the main rules of conflict management and also demonstrate 3 crucial conflict-solving techniques. Content partner of the meeting is Piasecka & Żylewicz. 

After the workshop, we would like to invite you to the networking part, which will be an opportunity to exchange business cards and establish new business contacts in an international group.
