We would like to invite you to the meeting: "Employee's engagement, Customer's engagement".

During the meeting Halina Piasecka and Maciej Żylewicz will share their arguments, why one should stand up on engagement on various levels. Thanks to world-discoveries and Polish cases we will jointly discover how this translates into precise  actions delivering not only benefits to the organization but also giving it a real competitive edge. We will discuss which modern development actions contribute to increasing of engagement, both among Employees and Customers.

During the meeting the following issues will be discussed:
- Why should one be truely engaged? What are the benefits for each of us?
- How does the engagement of Managers affect the engagement of Employees?
- How does the engagement of Employees affect the engagement of Customers into long-term positive relations?
