Mandatory National e-Invoice System in Poland – a revolution in invoicing in 2024

In 2024, an amendment to the VAT Act will enter into force, introducing the obligation to issue electronic invoices in accordance with the requirements set out by the Ministry of Finance for taxpayers registered in Poland or having in Poland the so-called permanent place of business – which may apply to both entities registered for VAT in Poland and not. During the webinar, experts will try to answer key questions regarding the obligations imposed on taxpayers in connection with this amendment, and above all:
- who and in what situations will be obliged to use the KSEF,
- what are the additional implications of using this system – including practical business consequences,
- what are the sanctions in the event of failure to comply with the obligations and to whom they may apply,
- what actions should taxpayers take in practice now to avoid problems and delays in 2024
- what will be the key consequences in VAT settlement after the entry into force of the amendment.
The meeting will be conducted by PwC Polska experts with experience in implementing solutions aimed at adapting systems to the new regulations.
