We would like to invite you to the webinar ‘Protecting whistleblowers in an organisation: six months of experience, is there an ideal implementation?’, which will be held on Tuesday, 8 April 2025, from 10.00 to 11.00 a.m. The substantive partner of the meeting is the law firm VON ZANTHIER & DACHOWSKI.
The webinar will be held in the form of a discussion between the speakers: legal advisor Dr Jan Muszyński and legal advisor Łukasz Błażejewski, who will summarise the first six months of the Act on protection of whistleblowers being in force, and will point to the most common problems appearing in practice when implementing whistleblower protection systems in organisations.
Together, they will consider whether there is a ‘perfect implementation’ and point out what key elements can determine success. There will also be examples of mistakes to avoid and a brief overview of best practices for creating a culture of trust to ensure effective whistleblower protection.
At the end of the meeting, the speakers will share the main findings and preview what to expect in the next months of the Act.
