The purpose of the meeting is to familiarize members of the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce with the draft Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers. Under the law, which implements the EU Directive on the protection of whistleblowers, private sector businesses with more than 250 employees will soon be required to implement a broad catalog of solutions to protect whistleblowers from retaliation.
