RULES AND REGULATIONS International Business Mixer in Łódź
1. Conversations will be conducted in Polish and/or English.
2. Participation in the meeting is subject to a fee of PLN 150 net for member companies and PLN 300 net for non-member companies.
3. Due to the limited number of places, persons who confirm their attendance but do not participate and do not cancel by 12 January 2026 will be charged PLN 150 (member companies)/ 300 net (non-member companies) for participation in the meeting. The invoice will be issued by the Swiss Chamber to the company or institution on behalf of which the participant registered.
4. Those interested in participating are requested to submit their application form by 12 January 2026.
5. Registration for the event is tantamount to consenting to the processing of personal data contained in the registration form by the event organisers, as well as consenting to the use of images recorded during the event for the organiser’s promotional purposes.
