We are looking for a new member to join our Procurement Operations Team in Warsaw. We operate in an international environment, using English and German daily. We support our colleagues from various SIX locations worldwide with all procurement operations-related issues.

What You Will Do

  • generate purchase orders and finalize contracts; send out orders/contracts to suppliers
  • create external employee accounts in SAP (HCM) and process all changes based on requests from the organization
  • support the business in searching for external employees on our eSourcing platform according to business requests
  • answer questions regarding orders/invoices from the organization and/or suppliers
  • provide helpdesk and operational purchase support, ensuring end-to-end process quality

What You Bring

  • good understanding of procurement- and recruiting processes would be an advantage
  • knowledge of SAP MM, SAP HCM would be an advantage
  • customer orientation combined with assertiveness and self-motivation
  • outstanding interpersonal skills and strong team player
  • professional attitude and the ability to work independently
  • attention to details and ability to take initiatives from start to finish
  • reliability, time management, ability to prioritize
  • very good verbal and written business communication skills in English and German
