On-line workshop with BALAJCZA – American culture. How to understand and overcome cultural challenges

Tuesday, 13th February 2024

11 am-12 pm

Like a cultural melting pot, the United States gathers ethnic and cultural diversity. Working with Americans means not only meeting different personalities, but also diverse working styles and approaches to business.

During our meeting, we will explore this fascinating mix of cultures, discovering what are the key ingredients for successful collaboration. We will examine the various correlations and stereotypes associated with American business culture to strengthen our understanding and ability to work together effectively.

Ready to travel through a cultural melting pot?

During the meeting we will approach the following topics:

  • what are the American values and how do they influence the behaviour of the Americans
  • what has influenced the formation of American business culture
  • what to answer to the popular “How are you?”, or building a first impression
  • how to build good relations with Americans
  • what is “No personality”, or how to get along with Americans
  • what to keep in mind in email communication and the famous “recap”
  • what business meetings with Americans are all about
  • how to make an effective presentation and how to speak to get to the Americans

The person to tell us about effective cooperation with the Americans will be:
