On-line workshop with BALAJCZA – “Working in a hybrid team”

Tuesday, 8 June 2021
11 am-12 pm

Businessman with headset works from remote at home with his colleagues.

At the beginning of the pandemic, many companies, for the sake of their employee’s safety, shifted to remote work. However, such a model does not always work, because, for example, not every employee has the conditions at home to concentrate on their tasks. That is why a hybrid model has become a good solution, allowing to adapt the mode of working to the needs, capabilities and expectations of individual employees. What does hybrid work really mean and what challenges or advantages does it entail?

During the meeting you will learn:

  • How to effectively organize communication in a hybrid team
  • How to motivate remote workers
  • How to make a team achieve their goals without our help
  • What a hybrid work culture looks like

The hybrid work model will be discussed by:

Monika Guzek – intercultural trainer, project manager and university lecturer. President of SIETAR Poland. She coordinates strategic marketing projects and is responsible for introducing products into foreign markets and adapting them to the requirements of these markets. For the past 11 years, she continues to find fulfilment in the area of B2B and B2C marketing, actively supporting sales departments and adapting sales support methods to local customer preferences. She has gained extensive international experience: Monika has worked in Poland, Germany, China and Indonesia, and for the last two years she has been dividing her life between Poland and Portugal.

The meeting will be held in Polish.
