Stockholm is called the Venice of the North. In Poland, we know little about it and rarely think of Stockholm as a destination for a weekend trip.
Maybe it is worth the trip after all? Stockholm has great tourist potential and hides many surprises. There is something for everyone.

- Stockholm’s entire capital area includes the Stockholm archipelago, which means 24,000 islands, islets and coastal rocks?
- Stockholm Central Station is located on 14 islands connected by 53 bridges?
- Stockholm is the city of Nobel Prize banquets?
- has the world’s only subway carved into the rock?
- in May, you can see the cherry blossom garden,
- and on the island of Södermalm you can take a tour in the footsteps of the characters from Stieg Larsson’s Millennium trilogy…
- and see the – considered Polish – lions in front of the Royal Castle…?
Take a virtual trip to Stockholm with guide Małgorzata Musińska-Kubis, who lived and worked in Sweden for almost 7 years – first at the Polish Embassy in Stockholm as a diplomat and then in business, will talk about Nordic ways to relax and find balance in life. Małgorzata currently lives in Warsaw, where she works for a Polish chemical company in the supply chain division. She combines her work with her passion – she is also a Business and Intercultural Competence Coach, works with the Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce in Stockholm, is a SIETAR Member and records podcasts.
