On-line workshop with BALAJCZA – “How to design interesting newsletters and offers that will encourage your clients to interact”

Tuesday, 27 April 2021
11 am-12 pm

A newsletter is a type of online newspaper that is sent out to web users. The newsletter, just like classic advertising newsletters, combines graphics with language content. It provides information about promotions, sales, discount codes and new products. There are also newsletters sent out by blogs when new material is released. Correspondence in the form of a newsletter is generally periodic and in a short form. Occasionally there are more extensive bulletins, presenting content in a way that addresses a wide range of issues, in the form of a guide. The newsletter is intended to maintain existing consumers, as well as acquire new clients who have recently expressed interest in an offer or content.

During the workshop we will discuss:

  • How your clients read newsletters why does layout of the content matter in sales and communication?
    • Do personalized newsletters work? How do you design them?
    • How to write messages that grab your recipient’s attention
    • What phrases should be avoided?
    • How to combine correctness with attractiveness of the message

The meeting will be hosted by Ms Olga Marek-Kostrzewska, a Polish language teacher at the Lingua Polonica school, and a marketing and PR specialist by profession. She built her experience working for companies such as Benefit Systems and at numerous marketing conferences.

The meeting will be held in Polish.

Developing your personal image is the key to establishing relationships, gaining trust and making successful sales. Regardless of what you do and whether you are aware of it or not, you shape your image every day, both offline and online.

It’s not just the tone of your voice and the words you speak that matter, it’s also how you look and what you wear. Nowadays, the interior of the room from which you take part in online meetings also plays a significant role in the creation of your personal brand.

It only takes a moment for someone to start liking you and an equal amount of time for them to become prejudiced against you. That is why we would like to invite you to our workshop that will help you create your image offline and online.

During the meeting you will learn:

Iwona:

Four thousand days of translation, or, in other words, 11 years of BALAJCZA Linguistic Services

BALAJCZA Linguistic Services is celebrating its 11th birthday this month – on 15 March 2010 Timea Balajcza decided to turn her passion for languages into a thriving business.

And so she did. Today BALAJCZA offers not only interpretation and translation services, but also language courses as well as thematic meetings and workshops which attract an increasing number of participants.

That is why we would like to express our gratitude to all those who have supported us on this journey, who have believed in us and who wish us well – our employees, translators, interpreters, partners, clients and all our friends.

To all those who haven’t met us yet – come and join our world in which we will understand each other – maybe not without words, but certainly without difficulty!
