What impact will the "Polski Ład" have on the salaries of employees and associates?
The following issues will be discussed as part of the topic:
- New "tax scale"
- How will the net salary of employees change
- The impact of the "Polski Ład" on the costs of the employer and possible countermeasures
- What forms of taxation can entrepreneurs choose - what if not the 19% flat tax?
Although there are no bills yet, it is already known that the changes planned as part of the Polski Ład will affect the amount of public law burdens, in particular, they will increase these burdens for employees and associates whose salaries are above twice the national average. This problem will affect, among others high-class specialists in some industries in which we observe the employee market anyway. This will entail an increase in the costs of the employer who will try to compensate employees for the loss. During the meeting, we will try to answer the question of what actions companies can take to reduce the amount of these costs while not exposing themselves to illegal activities or perceived as aggressive tax optimization
