We would like to kindly inform you that CFO-Forum will be held on the 8th December. The topic of the Forum will be "Changes in the Polish transfer pricing regulations".
The following issues will be the subject of the meeting:
• Changes in the transfer pricing documentation that will come into effect on 1 January 2017 and partially (in terms of Country by Country reporting) on 1 January 2016. In particular we will discuss:
- definitions of affiliated entities,
- threshold transactions,
- the scope of documentation.
• Changes in the tax authority approach to the control of affiliated entities.
The Forum consists of introductory presentation and discussions of participants. The aim of CFO-Forum is the exchange of knowledge and experience by people working in finance in member companies.
