What will you be doing?

  • Support Process Manager, Cluster Manager, Deputy Cluster Manager in co-leading and manage the Collections EMEA team,ensuring effective daily operations and team performance
  • Oversee and resolve complex issues, including escalations, to ensure timely collections
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize processes and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Monitor and analyze Collections performance, providing insights and reports to management, ensure and support audits when applicable
  • Ensure accurate and efficient usage of SAP and other ERP systems, and update/maintain WI, SOP’s
  • Guide, mentor, train and support team members to foster professional growth and productivity
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Collection process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or similar roles, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership orsupervisory capacity
  • Solid background in shared services, with experience managing teams or projects as an advantage
  • Expertise in SAP or other ERP systems, along with advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate team members
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including customers and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to handle escalations and drive resolution of complex AR-related issues
  • Customer service focus
  • Language skills:
    Corporate language: English (B2+)
    Working with Customers: German (B2+) as a must have
    Italian B1 would be an asset
