Currently to our HR Services EMEA team we are looking for a person specialized in payroll processes and speaking Spanish, French or Italian. In this crucial role, you’ll ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for our diverse workforce, directly impacting the lives of our valued employees.
What will you be doing?
- Handle employee payroll related inquiries, requests and execute them in priority order.
- Process daily payroll transactions and prepare monthly employee payroll while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Participate in HR processes/countries migration to the HR Regional Hub.
- Probe cases to determine root cause of the issue or question to provide accurate answers.
- Actively contribute to delivering, maintaining and improving HR services, procedures and processes.
- Understand and utilize HR systems including Employee Portal/ Self Service, Knowledge base and Case Management.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and state, federal, and/or country laws and practices.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of personnel administration, call centers or HR administration in Shared Service Center environment.
- Master or Bachelor in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics, or related areas.
- Knowledge of HR functions, processes, and operations, mostly payroll related.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment subject to changing priorities and short deadlines.
- Strong customer service skills including ability to diffuse challenging situations.
- Skills to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Language Skills:
- Internal corporate language: English B2 level required
- Working with customers: Spanish B2 level required
- Any other European language would be an asset
