Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
The Sales Administration Specialist receives purchase orders directly from the end customer, enters these into SAP and sorts out all possible obstacles until the customer receives the ordered products. In addition, he/ she delivers customer services to Mettler-Toledo end customers via email.
Your responsibilities:
- Entering purchase orders into SAP in an efficient and accurate way.
- Ensuring database integrity by validating and correcting data stored into SAP.
- Sorting out order related queries and obstacles internally and externally.
- Being part of the continuous improvements society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects.
What You Need to Succeed
- good knowledge and English (written and spoken, min. B2),
- very good MS Office skills,
- strong focus to details,
- strong customer orientation and service-oriented work,
- good understanding of complex business processes,
- experience on similar position will be an asset.
