Have you recently completed your technical training and are looking to enter the IT industry? Are you curious, motivated, eager to learn new things and have a flair for new technologies?

Then you’ve come to the right place! Our motivated and qualified support team is looking for a committed team member. In this exciting position, you will support our business partners in the payment transactions sector (banks and various other companies) with the installation and ongoing operation of various applications. You can expect a varied role in a modern workplace in Warsaw. Supported by a very well-coordinated and collegial team of professionals, this role will allow you to put both your technical and communication skills to good use and grow into a subject matter expert.

What you will do:

  • Single point of contact for all enquiries regarding various payment services in Switzerland (e.g. eBill, direct debit, QR invoices, debit and mobile services, etc.)
  • Competent and high-quality troubleshooting by telephone and ticketing tool (JIRA Service Desk) in all national languages. Coordination with other support levels as well as internal and external stakeholders
  • Ongoing maintenance of contact databases
  • Cross-functional collaboration with IT, product management, sales, etc. for the continuous development of our products
  • Knowledge of the product portfolio and ongoing updating of knowledge about existing and planned services in order to provide competent, friendly and efficient advice to our partners

What you bring:

  • You have completed basic technical training (or comparable training), preferably in IT, and have a strong technical understanding; basic knowledge of payment transactions and customer service/support experience are an advantage.
  • You have very good PC skills, combined with an affinity for digital products.
  • You inspire customers on the telephone with your communicative, friendly and helpful manner. Customer satisfaction and teamwork are your top priorities.
  • You work independently, accurately and responsibly. You take an analytical and systematic approach to troubleshooting.
  • You have the following written and spoken language skills: German (fluent), English very good (minimum B2 level), French is a plus
