Nicolas Business Center – the new location of Rödl & Partner Wroclaw

On 22 December 2016, Rödl & Partner moved into the second storey of brand-new Nicolas Business Center. The firm’s new address is at ul. Świętego Mikołaja 19.

Rödl & Partner has been open for business in Wroclaw since 1995 and for the 21 years our offices were at ul. Kiełbaśnicza The new office gives us new opportunities for staff development and organising training sessions, meetings and seminars for the clients. At the same time, we are still in the city centre. It is the location and the simple, modern design combined with top-quality technological solutions that made us choose Nicolas Business Center, said Therese Baginski, Auditor (PL), Partner and the Wroclaw Branch Manager.

Nicolas Business Center is a modern office building just 250 metres away from the Wroclaw market square. However, its contemporary, elegant and intriguing mass perfectly match the historic architecture of the Wroclaw city centre. The 6-storey building complex offers over 10,000 sq m of class A office space, an underground car park and 800 sq m of commercial space. Large windows and numerous glass partitions on all floors maximise daylight. Rödl & Partner will share the building with IT and telecommunications companies, as well as real estate agencies. Nicolas Business Center has been designed by Wrocławskie Biuro Inwestorskie Polskiego Związku Inżynierów i Techników Budownictwa [the Wroclaw Investment Office of the Polish Union of Civil Engineers and Technicians].

During the removal, Rödl & Partner did not forget about those in need – almost all the equipment of the previous office, such as furniture, IT hardware, books and office supplies, was given to institutions, charities and individuals.

Next year, Rödl & Partner will celebrate the 25th anniversary of its presence in Poland. On that occasion, we are planning an international event for our present and potential clients. We have called it “Forum International Poland” and it is going to take place on 9 May 2017 in Nicolas Business Center.

Rödl & Partner provides professional services in the area of: audit, consulting, legal advice, tax advice, accounting outsourcing as well as HR and payroll outsourcing. We have 106 offices in 49 countries. In Poland we have 6 offices: in Cracow, Gdansk, Gliwice, Poznan, Warsaw and Wroclaw.
