Results of the survey on salary increase in 2023/2024

We would like to invite you to read the results of the survey on salary increases in member companies in 2023 and the total prediction of salary increase in 2024.
The survey was conducted in March 2024, 57 companies participated.

The Swiss Chamber at the XXXII Economic Forum in Karpacz

We are very pleased to inform that this year the Swiss Chamber became a partner of the XXXII Economic Forum in Karpacz, where the Swiss Pavilion will appear for the first time. The event will take place on September 5 – 7, 2023, and its motto will be “New values of the Old Continent – Europe on the verge of change”.

The Economic Forum in Karpacz is the largest meeting platform in Central and Eastern Europe, creating a space for exceptional discussions on the most current economic topics and developing valuable business contacts.

The idea behind the Swiss Pavilion is to make it easier for Swiss companies to use the networking and promotional potential offered by the Forum. The Pavilion is a space for business talks, both open and more intimate, but also a promotional and communication platform for Swiss companies.

The program will include a discussion panel “Quality. Jobs & Innovation: How to keep the investment pace of Swiss companies in Poland?”. The discussion will be attended by:

  • Stanisław Tański, President of the Board, ABB Sp. z o. o.
  • Artur Jankowski, Country Manager, Nestlé Polska

  • Laurent Renaudie, Country President Sandoz in Poland

Another important point on the agenda will be the 13th Polish-Swiss Forum for Dialogue for Health, which this year will be held under the motto: “Health is Wealth: The Importance of Quality Healthcare for a Country’s Economic Success”.

The Polish-Swiss Forum for Health Dialogue is a well-established, annual event organised to reflect on current trends and challenges in healthcare. Experts and policy makers from both countries get together to share their experience and knowledge and develop recommendations for improvements in the healthcare system. The Partners of this year’s edition are Novartis Poland, Roche Polska and Sandoz Polska.

This Forum has been organised by the Embassy of Switzerland in Poland and the Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce

This year the event will be attended by:

Results of the survey: Salary growth in member companies in 2022/2023

We are pleased to present you the results of the survey on the salary increase realized in 2022 and salary growth planned for 2023 in our member companies.

The research was conducted in July/August with 50 companies participating. The survey was anonymous.
