The research was conducted in July/August with 50 companies participating. The survey was anonymous.

We are happy to inform that at the request of our member companies we have conducted  an updated survey on salary increase planned in 2022. This time the results reflect possible changes of salaries caused by the Polish Deal regulations.

The topic is of high importance for many companies taking into account the dynamic situation on the labour market.

Human Capital Practices Survey 2021

We are pleased to inform that we have just finished the fourth edition of the Human Capital Practices Survey. The Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce together with Boyden conducts the research every year among Swiss and Polish member companies. The main aim of the survey is collect data on the current HR practices and trends.

The survey was devided into three sectors: manufacturing/operations,commercial and SSC/ BPO /CoE/IT/R&D. Apart from questions regarding i.a. types of contracts, incentives, recruitment and rotation of employees as well as employer branding, we have prepared a set of questions about the changes in companies brought about by the pandemic and about companies’ plans for the ‘new reality’.

Become involved in celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Embassy of Switzerland in Poland this year

To mark its centennial presence in Poland, the Embassy of Switzerland has commissioned Swiss-Polish artist Philipp Krebs and engineer Paul Reichardt to conceive “Przyjaźń na okrągło”, a massive art installation in the Embassy’s garden (on view from September until mid-November) that will represent the long-standing friendship between Switzerland and Poland. The artist has also created a limited-edition sculpture with the Polish and Swiss flags.
