We are pleased to present you the results of the survey on the salary increase realized in our member companies in Q1/2022.
The research was conducted in March/April with 62 companies participating. The survey included also questions regarding the salary growth in 2021.

We are happy to inform that at the request of our member companies we have conducted an updated survey on salary increase planned in 2022. This time the results reflect possible changes of salaries caused by the Polish Deal regulations.

Human Capital Practices Survey 2021
We are pleased to inform that we have just finished the fourth edition of the Human Capital Practices Survey. The Polish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce together with Boyden conducts the research every year among Swiss and Polish member companies. The main aim of the survey is collect data on the current HR practices and trends.
The survey was devided into three sectors: manufacturing/operations,commercial and SSC/ BPO /CoE/IT/R&D. Apart from questions regarding i.a. types of contracts, incentives, recruitment and rotation of employees as well as employer branding, we have prepared a set of questions about the changes in companies brought about by the pandemic and about companies’ plans for the ‘new reality’.

Become involved in celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Embassy of Switzerland in Poland this year
To mark its centennial presence in Poland, the Embassy of Switzerland has commissioned Swiss-Polish artist Philipp Krebs and engineer Paul Reichardt to conceive “Przyjaźń na okrągło”, a massive art installation in the Embassy’s garden (on view from September until mid-November) that will represent the long-standing friendship between Switzerland and Poland. The artist has also created a limited-edition sculpture with the Polish and Swiss flags. The International Group of Chambers of Commerce led by the Polish-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry, would like to invite you to the online press conference “Poland in the opinion of foreign investors”, which will be held on Thursday, 20th May 2021, from 11:00 to 12:00, on the Eventory platform.
The conference will present the results of this year’s survey of Poland’s economic prosperity and investment attractiveness, conducted in March and April 2021 among more than 200 companies with foreign capital in Poland.

We start cooperation with Software Development Association Poland (SoDA)!
We are glad to officially announce that we have signed an agreement on cooperation with SoDA! Both parties will support each other, promote and organize joint events.
SoDA is an association of Polish technology companies that develop software and provide a wide range of services related to IT outsourcing to customers from all over the world. The organization was founded in 2018, currently, they associate 100 companies with Polish and foreign capital that operate throughout the whole country and employ over 10,000 employees in Poland. They unite a very broad pool of highly qualified engineers and experts with extensive experience and a set of technical skills. Their mission is to integrate and develop the Polish IT industry and represent its interests. SoDA develops cooperation and exchange of knowledge between their member companies and promotes Poland as a leading global market in the field of software development and outsourcing of IT services. Every year, together with their partners, they organize dozens of training sessions, webinars, and networking meetings for member companies and IT companies in Poland.
